Everyone is always very, very helpful and they take time to help explain some side effects and how to ease them with kindness and joy to be serving each customer. Only sometimes will it be less than 100% because their training members will have some trouble with cards on account but they always get help and it's wonderful to watch the older employees treat the newer ones with such patience and guidance. All in all the place is very service oriented.
Love this place! Great customer service and great food that is healthy! They usually learn your name. And use it when they see you. Would like to see a drive thru in Hudson Oaks location....

This pharmacy has the most helpful staff. Very friendly and fast. The chains can not compete with good, old-fashioned hometown service- period.
Only disclaimer: if you have a really sensitive sense of smell, like myself and some family members, and you get headaches or nausea when a scent is too strong they do seem to use oil diffusers or incense from time to time that can be overwhelming but the service is always so fast that it becomes mostly irrelevant.
They go the extra mile to help you and make sure you have what you need. I drive from Fort Worth because of the personal service and recommendations I receive.
