I was a regular customer until some of my furniture started falling apart. I still went back and ordered some things, it took weeks before my order came in because they forgot to order it. I had a piece that needed to be replaced and it took them weeks before it was delivered because they forgot about my delivery. When I finally received my new piece I found that a part was missing as well. I've been totally disappointed and have decided to continue my shopping else where.
