I have had a loan with this company and they are a good company to do business with. The thing is that you take out a loan knowing you will have to pay it back if you set it up on auto payments each month and they get paid on date due and not late you dont have anything to worry about. So just pay your payments and youll be taken care of.
Horrible service and communication. I applied for my third loan with onemain/ springleaf over the phone. Paid the last two on time and never missed a payment. The next day they called and said loan was approved and come sign. Drove over an hour with pay stubs, SSN, DL in hand as were requested. Then was told the person that entered the loan didn't enter my mortgage so the loan couldn't fund and there was a communication error on what was needed for documents also. No apology for wasting my time or having me believing I was walking out of there with funds so I could purchase the lawn equipment for a new side business. Just matter of factly the loan won't fund. So if you get "approved" don't get your hopes up too much.
